Northern Christmas Trees is situated within the picturesque, protected woods in McCracken Park, within the grounds of Northern Rugby Club, Great North Road, Gosforth, NE3 2DT.



 

The family run business was founded over twenty five years ago and supplies quality cut trees, pot grown living trees, handcrafted holly wreathes, tree stands and other accessories to both homes and businesses for the festive period. 

 

With the arrival of our famous 40ft Santa, the stunning lights and the sight of the beautifully   Illuminated woods marking the start of the festive season, we are excited to welcome you all back. 

 

The choice available to our customers is unrivalled due to the time spent carefully and responsibly sourcing the best range of trees from sustainable, cultivated plantations from some of the best growers in the UK and Europe.

 


At Northern we have trees from various places including Lamesley, Northumberland, West Scotland, Devon, Denmark and Holland.

 


We stock almost every type of quality Christmas tree available including, Nordmann Fir, Frazer Fir, Lodgpole Pine, Norway Spruce, Blue Spruce cut trees & our beautiful Pot-Grown Living trees.



 

With trees from 40cm to 5m+ and a range of different grades meaning that we have a tree suitable for every budget and need. If you are unsure of what type of tree, our team of experienced, helpful, knowledgeable staff, are on hand to help. 

 



We are excited to welcome the whole family seven days a week from 7am – 11pm with a huge inflatable Santa Claus which is visible from the Great North Road so you can’t miss us!

 

Northern Christmas trees understands that the run up to Christmas is all part of the magic and are here to help you enjoy the festive tradition. Our experienced team are on hand to offer the best customer service, from netting, advice on after care, help to and into your car or offering our home delivery service, going above and beyond to make the Christmas tradition as special as possible. 

 

With marquees and umbrellas at the ready for you in the bad weather you can enjoy complimentary hot drinks, our famous hot chocolate, mulled wine & mince pies while you and your family spend stress-free time strolling the beautiful well lit woods choosing the perfect tree for your home or business. 

 

Trees are displayed out of their nets and illuminated at night making it not only a great weekend trip, but the perfect winter evening activity.
